Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Because our squishies are soft, hands-on products, we don't accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Personalized items, like our Custom Name Keyboard Clickers, are made to order and can't be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your spelling before checkout. If we make a mistake with your letters, we'll fix it free of charge.

We stand behind every Plumelli piece. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it free of charge.

How to request a replacement

Contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the item.

Once approved, we'll ship your replacement at no cost to you. You won't need to send the original item back unless we ask.

If the same item is no longer in stock, we'll offer another item of equal value or store credit.

Cancellations and unfulfilled orders

You may cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it for a full refund. If we're ever unable to ship your order, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
